CAAB has developed an outline of the entry requirements for healthcare chaplains and a core training programme. This was presented at a consultation meeting at Clare College Cambridge in September 2007 along with the related work being developed by NHS Education for Scotland of a Capabilites and Competencies Framework. CAAB has also produced a discussion paper about qualifications that should be expected of chaplains at different levels and how these relate to the KSF and to registration. This is also available for download on this page.
